Mad Greek was started in 1988 by Achilles & Georgia Georgiou. They came here from Cyprus an Island in the Mediterranean Sea. They brought their food culture here to Bristol, Tn where they started the Mad Greek Restaurant. They put all their favorite Greek foods together combined with other favorites and started serving Delicious Greek, American, and Italian food.

1988-1999 Serving Pizza, Subs, Gyros to the Tri-Cities.

2000-2009 Mad Greek Turned into a full service restaurant by adding a full service patio. They received there alcohol license. They now have a wide verity of wine and imported and domestic beers. Introduced new homemade Greek dishes such as (Greek Chicken, Mousaka, Pastitsio, Greek Sirlion, and many others.)

2007- Outdoor Patio Built

2009- 1st full color Menu Introduced with food Pictures & New website Design
